My career has shown me that meaningful change depends on more than a sound framework or the right technology. It also requires clear choices, trusted relationships and leaders who can remain thoughtful under pressure.

Across technology, consulting and enterprise transformation, I have worked with complex organisations and multidisciplinary teams seeking to improve how strategy becomes action. Professional coaching deepened that perspective by focusing attention on the assumptions, behaviours and choices that shape leadership.

Raised in Sri Lanka and now based in the United Kingdom, I draw on different cultures, disciplines and life experiences. Faith, family, gratitude and service are central to how I seek to lead and contribute.

My writing brings these threads together. I am interested in the practical questions that sit between systems and people, ambition and pressure, change and meaning.
